At DeNovo we believe that all students should learn about investing which is why we support an interdisciplinary team. This means anyone from any major is able to join the team at DeNovo and learn how to invest.

DeNovo hosts a formal application process in March where students send in their Wallstreet-style resumes along with a letter of intent. Those who show passion for finance and the ability to work hard will be selected for interviews. Students should keep up with current news and be informed on basic financial principles to prepare for technical questions during the interview.

Each sector in DeNovo has one portfolio manager. Each manager is partnered with at least one investment analyst. These two roles work very closely together in order to perform analysis on securities, create reports and present their reports at investment decision meetings.
